The apartments houses SUZANA and SLAVICA are situated in Kastel Stari - one of seven nice old places, seven citadels (Kastela - in English: Citadels), are an integral part of the tourist area between Split and Trogir. This region has been attracting people since ancient times, from ancient Greek seafarers, Roman patricians, Croatian kings and rulers, industrious fruit and vegetable growers to present-day tourists.

People live of vineyards orchards and vegetable gardens. Present area of Kastela and its inland in the vicinity of antique Salona were inhabited very early (the finds from the Roman and Old Croatian period). Seven old settlements developed near the coast, around the castles built in the l5th and l6th century by nobility and clergy: Kastel Stafilic, Kastel Novi, Kastel Stari, Kastel Luksic, Kastel Kambelovac, Kastel Gomilica and Kastel Sucurac.

Three picturesque places - Kastel Stafilic, Kastel Novi and Kastel Stari, are located along the 6-km long coast of the Kastela Riviera. They are one of favourite destinations of domestic and foreign tourists. Visitor opportunities include bathing, sports and recreation, as well as entertainment programs.

Sports and recreational facilities include tennis courts, as well as various playgrounds for basketball, football and volleyball. Water sports equipment and boats are rented. Excursions are regularly organized.

Kastela are located on the main road (M2, E65) and the railroad Split - Zagreb. In Kastela is also the Split airport (Resnik).

  • The sojourn tax: VII/VIII = 0.8 €/day; other periods = 0.6 €/day. Children until 12 year FREE; 12-18 year = 50%. The tax is not included in the apartment prices and it is payed separately.
  • The price is for the apartmen per day.
  • Arrival in July and August only on saturday after 12:00, departure saturday, before 08:00 h. Other days of arrival/departure only off-season, in consultation
  • Included: bed-linnen, water, gas, electricty, weekly change of bed-linnen, and final cleaning on guests departure.
